§ Justice for Israel §

Israel's legal right to exist as a independent state is based on the outcome of the San Remo conference, 19 to 26 April 1920.

San Remo 1920
Gentlemen at the
San Remo Conference 1920

After World War One it was the Allies as the victorious party consisting of Great Britain, France, Italy and Japan, who became the legal rulers in the relevant area in the Middle East that they called Palestine.

It was the Allies who, at the San Remo Conference in April 1920, decided that Palestine would become a safe homeland for all Jews, no matter where in the world they might be.

The role of the United Nations

The UN is NOT a legislative assembly.

UN Broker

The UN does not and has never had the authority to manage land areas. Their role is just considered as a broker.

The parties in the Middle East conflict are Israel and the Palestinian Arabs. They are the ones who must negotiate an agreement that mutually recognizes boundaries and existence. The UN can only be regarded as a mediator in this context.

As long as the parties to the conflict do not agree, it is still the outcome of the San Remo conference that applies.

- Boundaries

The state of Israel was proclaimed on 14 may 1948 as an independent republic in line with frontiers approved by the General Assembly of the United Nations in its Resolution 181 of November 29, 1947. Although now, after the British Mandate Administrator messed it up and gave away 78% of the area to Jordan, they were still willing to share the remaining part with native and immigrated Arabs with about 50% to each party.

Instead of accepting a humble and generous offer, the Arabs chose to declare war on the newborn state. They wanted everything for themselves and opposed an Israeli state in the original homeland of the Jews, but lost. The Israeli borders then naturally fall back to the outcome of the San Remo Conference.

As for Jordan, there is not much Israel can do, it becomes an impossible case to the tiny newborn state.

- Two state solution

The first state etablished in the Palestina mandate area was Jordan (Trans Jordan). The British administrators of the mandate deceived the jewish community and gave away 78% of Palestine to satisfy the Arabs.

The second state proclaimed in the Palestina mandate area was Israel. A possible establishment of Palestine as a state for the Palestinian Arabs will be state number three.

5 times the Palestinian Arabs refused a separate state.

  1. When Israel proclaimed their state in 1948, they also accepted room for a Palestinian state according to UN-resolution 181.
    - The offer was rejected by the Pal-Arab authorities.
  2. 2000/2001, Camp David/Taba.
    - The offer was rejected by the Pal-Arab authorities.
  3. 2008, Annapolis Conference New offer from Ehud Olmert.
    - The offer was rejected by the Pal-Arab authorities.
  4. 2014, Israeli–Palestinian peace talks.
    - The offer was rejected by the Pal-Arab authorities.
  5. 2018, Trump peace plan.
    - The offer was rejected by the Pal-Arab authorities.

- Occupation

Is it possible for a nation to occupie their own teritorium? The answare is NO, it is NOT possible.

Portraying Israel as an occupying power is an anti-Semitic insult.

As long as there is no agreement on mutual recognition, which includes a peace treaty and agreement on borders between Israel and the Palestinian Arabs, Israel is the responsible authority for the entire area.

- The Real Palestinians

It was the Allied victorious party after World War I that decided that one of the areas that had now come under their administration should be called Palestine. It was this area that was now to become the homeland and a safe haven for the Jews scattered all over the world.

The original flag of Palestine

Although in ancient times the name Palestine was associated with the Philistines, in modern times it has not been associated with a particular ethnic group of people. Because Philistines no longer exist as an ethnic group, the Allies could legally use the name Palestine without offending anyone.

This means that both Jordanians and Israelis, and other ethnic groups who live in or relate to the area can portray themselves as proud Palestinians.

The Palestine Post supported the struggle for a Jewish homeland in Palestine and openly opposed British policy restricting Jewish immigration during the Mandate period. In 1950, it changed its name to The Jerusalem Post.

- Will the Jews conquer the world?

The Jews are known as a chosen people, everyone with a bit of religious insight knows that, and the Middle East countries are very religious.

The fact that someone is portrayed or portrays himself as chosen can be suspicious and partly frightening. That's understandable. But there is no basis for such thoughts in their religious writings. Lack of knowledge of this has led to conspiratorial and strong anti-Semitic attitudes among many people.

In the Holy Book there is a story about Joseph. Twice he dreamed that his brothers and parents would bow to him. It enraged them. They were afraid of what he would do to the family, and his brothers wanted to kill him. Instead, he was sold and taken to Egypt. The story ends with instead of bowing to him as lord, they bowed to him in gratitude. Because of Joseph's fate, they were all saved from the famine in the land.

It is a fact that there are no ethnic groups that have contributed to world society to the same extent as the Jews, and by a very large margin. More than 20% of the Nobel prizes to Jews is good proof of that. But that story has not yet come to an end.

Did you know that there are actually about 14 cities around the world that contain more inhabitants than there are Jews on the whole earth. There are many people who have never met a single Jew in their entire lives.

The plan of the Jews is not to become the ruler of the whole world. All they want is to live in peace with their neighbors.

- So what about Palestine?

For a group of 700,000 refugees and many of their descendants, the hatred of Jews from the world's population has become like a curse. They are almost used as hostages to justify the world's anti-Semitic attitudes, while their leaders refuse to recognize the Jews' presence.

There is nothing in Jewish scriptures, culture or politics that gives grounds for fearing them as neighbours. On the contrary, there is much here that the neighbors can enjoy. A collaboration with the Jews will bring progress and a bright future for all who try. The Palestinian Arab children deserve it.

It's about priorities. Choose to invest in the children instead of hatred. The Palestinian Arabs have everything they need to fend for themselves, and with a little kindness and cooperation with their Jewish neighbors, there are no limits to what they can achieve.

- The Jewish indigenous population

Most of us know about Moses and how he led Israel out of Egypt through the desert and into the promised land of Israel, and most of us think that this is this people's first experience with the land, but as you probably understand from the introduction, that is not the case at all.

It is also quite well known that in Hebron lies the Machpelah Cave with the burial place of Abraham and Sarah as well as the tomb of Isaac, Rebecca, Jacob and Leah.

Abraham came to the land of Canaan (Israel) about 460 years before Moses.

The place where God made the covenant with Abraham was near Hebron. Mount Moriah is where Abraham's binding of Isaac is said to have taken place, which is the same place where Jesus was crucified in Jerusalem.

But even before that we can find Canaan, son of Han, son of Noah and the Canaanites who lived in the land that is now called Israel.

There are, of course, many more than the Jews who are descendants of Canaan and Abraham, but their connection to this land is overwhelming.

The temples first built by King Solomon and later by the Jews and refurbished by Herod were both located at the temple mount in the old city of Jerusalem.

Jerusalem has never been the capital to any other country than Israel.

Although the Jews have been driven out of the country several times, there has always been a small remnant left.

There is so much more to write about this topic, so the text above is only the tip of the iceberg.

- Who suffers the most?

There is no doubt that the Middle East conflict has caused enormous suffering. Thinking, among other things, of the enormous number of Jews who have been forced to flee from the countries surrounding Israel, and from the former Soviet Union and Europe, which in reality has turned Israel into the world's largest refugee camp.

The population, especially in Sderot and the areas near Gaza who only have 15 seconds to find safety when bombs are sent by rockets from Gaza.

But there is also another group that has had to endure enormous suffering in this context. It is the Palestinian Arabs who live in Gaza, Samaria and Judea and in various refugee camps in other countries. This is a group of several million people who are used as a living crowbar for the whole world's hatred of Jews. It manifests itself in several different brutal ways.

  • Unemployment in the Palestinian Arab areas is catastrophically high. Israel has made many attempts to create jobs by establishing companies with good and safe working conditions for the Palestinian Arabic employees. The challenge is that their products are boycotted by many organizations, movements and countries around the world, and they are thus forced to reestablish their factories elsewhere. The result is that the former employees are forced to join terrorist activities in order to provide for their families. The BDS movement is therefore an assault on the Palestinian Arab working class.
  • Refugees who come to Europe are quickly assimilated into the population, but still, 75 years after the Palestinian Arabs fled from Israel, there are still existing refugee camps. Although they fled to their Arab and Muslim brothers in the surrounding countries, they are still denied participation in society on an equal basis with the population of the country they came to. How can this be accepted?
  • Not to mention the UN, which has made the Palestinian Arabs dependent on their economic sleeping pillow, thus keeping them captive through their economic grip, and at the same time making life enormously lucrative for the political leadership.
  • And finally. When Palestinian Arab children are brought up and encouraged to hate a certain group of people, it is not only an abuse against the Jews, but a catastrophically much greater one against the children who are exposed to it.
Have you ever experienced to see a Israeli child soldier?

Conclusion

The fear of the Jews is based on nothing but lies, which provide a basis for hatred.
The UN and the world's abuse of the Palestinian Arabs to justify their hatred of the Jews must end.
The Palestinian Arabs are used as a living crowbar for the world's Jew-hatred. The world loves its own Jew-hatred more than the Palestine Arabs.
It's time to wake up, the Palestinian Arab children desperately need it.
